WOW this team are excellent - I was in pain and discomfort but Ben sorted it out over two sessions plus he advised on changes to my posture which really made a difference - Finn has now given me an exercise regime which is tailored to my circumstance - which means that whilst it is challenging there is a stronger probablity that I will keep it up - many thanks
