Just over a week ago I wrote the long review that follows and only gave Aurora three stars of a possible five star review. Well, we've tried a new batch of Tartufos and I am delighted to say they're some of the best yet; if not the best we've had in ten years. So let's hope this is the new standard for Aurora ice treats and gelato, and they provide us with many more years of pleasureable treats. Cheers, Aurora!...[previoulsy...]A year ago I would easily have given the Aurora Tartufo and Maroncino five stars. We've had these Tartufos every Monday night for the last ten years, and included a Maroncino later in the week for about the last five years. Yes, there were often significant batch to batch variations; but that made us look forward to our weekly treat even more. However, since the beginning of 2017 there seems to have been a major change in the recipe and quality of both these lines. That is a shame, because they used to be hands down winners even against imported ice confections. We are down to our last box in the freezer and are seriously contemplating alternatives...

Good range of artisan ices, right at the factory. We'll run, short-staffed at times. Worth a look.

I witnessed today that the driver of your van 1QN9NH had an argument with another car near Crown Casino because the van driver took his priority so he spit on his car . Seriously guys you need some serious customer service and better drivers not rookies ! Absolutely disgusting.

I tried the Apple ice cream and it was... okDidn't taste like Apple and tasted like... Cough Medicine? But it still tasted OK for cough medicine ice cream.

Love your ice cream we buy 3 tubs every fortnight from RomeosUnfortunately the Coffee and Pistachio tub was below standard for the $16.99 we pay.. there was no Pistachio bits in there and it had no flavour, it seemed like it was green coloured vanilla icecream, the coffee flavour was very weak. Hope it was just a bad batch as at that price it needs to be worth it.

i still like the gelato but when the packaging changed the recipe seems like it has changed. It hasn't got that same chewy or stretchy consistency .A real shame i was addicted to it and now i buy it sparingly, as its not the same especially the nougat its become sought of flaky and breaks apart very different to what it was prior to the new and ugly packaging the old one was basic but the focus was on the ice-cream

Trying the pistachio icecream rn. The flavour is a bit chemically and I can hardly taste pistachio. You may want to revise your mix for this flavour.

Aurora removed one of family’s favourite 11 litres nughat barrel it was cheap $57 and now we have to purchase the 5 litres one for $37 not happy but they’re ice cream and desert one of the best in Melbourne I must say
