I was highly disappointed to see the state of the establishment upon arrival, poor service, and I was too nervous to eat due to the cleanliness of the visible cooking areas. Will not be returning.

People with little-zero customer service skills shouldn’t be working in the industry. Was made to feel like an inconvenience when I complained that the coffee didn’t taste how I usually get it there. I have been back several times because I really like the dirty ginger latte. The girls have made it before and this time it was an older gentleman, possibly the owner, and it tasted weak and watery. He adjusted my original one and then had to make another fresh one before it was like I usually receive. Obviously lack of communication between the team, it should be the same no matter who makes it. Also, when I spoke to him when he was in the kitchen he was rude and ignorant. I have a customer service hospitality background and that was just appalling to experience. He was obviously bothered by me and my complaints but you don’t let the customer see that, you do whatever you can to correct their complaint in a friendly, respectful mannerSecondly, I received tasteless doughy little pancakes made in a little sandwich press machine, I saw when I complained about the coffee at the kitchen pass, rather than light fluffy freshly made ones like I amused to seeing in other cafes. I could’ve made better ones at home myself. They were not very well presented either, the ice cream and maple syrup would’ve looked better on the side rather than melting everywhere.

me and my boyfriend ordered from here, I got a beef burger that came with soggy bread and chips, the lettuce was brown and the meat tasted horrible. My boyfriend got the seafood fettuccini pasta that smelt horrible and didn’t taste very good, it also had small pieces of muscle shell that were very sharp and easy to choke on. would not recommend for a good lunch or dinner place.

This place has the most awesome sausage rolls ever. Little expensive but well worth it if I’m honest. Great customer service owner loves a chat. Bloody beautiful

Terrible food that’s been reheated, I paid $20 for half a bowl of bad pasta, a boscolini and he put gnocchi in it? Genuinely don’t even bother going, properly bad.

Delay in delivery is not restaurant fault but the food quality is not that great. The pasta was ok, too heavy on the oil which tasted quite off got bits of some black coloured stone like things which is probably out of an unclean fry pan or similar utensil, a margarita without cheese was a first time experience though, it was like eating a pizza base with some herbs on top. Would not have food from here again. Thanks.

Its great to know there is a place in greenpoint that makes wood fire pizzas.I ordered the Al pollo" from menu log and it came here fresh and steaming.Incredible ingredients used.Fresh chicken.Fresh ham and pineapple.Great texture on the base although it could be thinner as it absorbed the flavours.Extra Neapolitan sauce is definitely needed as it was a little dry.Portion size for what you pay is spot on. I'm 6'4

5 of us went for lunch today at Audrey’s Restaurant . Very disappointed. 3 of us ordered Beef burgers , the meat was horrible tasting & very hard. Was hard to even cut. The others ordered chicken Schnitzel which was so dry. Horrible sauce.Chips soggy & not cooked in clean oil. No one enjoyed.
