My children and I had an excellent experience with lovely Jemma when we purchase suitcases, Jemma is very accomodating, taking her time to explain the special features of the suitcase, she even taught us how to set the combination numbers for our suitcases, I cannot thank Jemma enough for her kindness, assistance, friendliness and most of all her great sense of humour.. Jemma helped me to buy a suitcase that suits our budget. From the Fogarty’s we thank you and appreciate all of your help.

Great position.Room we had was too small for a couple travelling international with 2 large bags and 2 carry-on bags.Choice of breakfast was poor with a plate of bread rolls and a crossont.

Went in yesterday to buy a hard suitcase and was looking for a lower priced one. When I told the lady I was looking at something cheaper than the ones she was showing me, she seemed really p*ssed off. Really distasteful attitude, and felt really judged. Ended up shopping on the online Strandbags store as it saved me alot of grief.
