Best food I’ve ever tasted. Friendliest staff I’ve ever met. Greatest experience I’ve ever had. Beautiful scenery and tables. 10/10 will come again.

I quite enjoyed visiting Peppercorn Kitchen. The staff are super sweet and accomodating. I love the flavour combinations of the Signature Malatang Soup (beef bone soup) and peanut and sesame sauce, garlic and spring onions! I enjoyed the Lobster Salad Fish Balls and mushrooms with the flat noodles! The ingredients all have labels as well so that makes it a lot easier when choosing the items I want in my bowl. It is a bit pricey but definitely worth trying!

the price is too high and the taste is just so so. get thirsty every time after meal and had duarrhea at night. please think carefully that this shop is expensive compared to other malatang shops and the taste just average.

Go to spot for malatang, the broth is delicious and there is a good selection of ingredients. The soup flavour is delicious as well. Probably my favourite place in the area!!

One of my go-to malatang places. As I can't do spicy, they have several soup options. The tomato soup is delicious. There are a good selection of ingredients, and I like that the minimum is only 400g, as others have at least a 500g minimum and I can't eat that much! The only negative is that there is usually a long wait, especially in peak times. I went on a weekday lunch hour and waited almost 30 minutes.

Excellent variety of ingredients, and great value for money. The staff is very helpful, and the food is made very quickly. The end result is a huge, tasty meal.

Update 12/01/2023:I still like their beef bone soup and being able to add spices/sauces to your liking is still a plus.What’s negative about my recent [takeaways] (and my friends’ dine-in) visits would be customer service. People can have bad days (or the staff just doesn’t care anymore) but the least you could do is to not take it out on customers, especially if it’s first-timers or those who have difficulty hearing/confused.Maybe pagers/buzzers would help customers to know when their order’s ready. It can get too noisy to hear when your number’s called with the current system.To others going there, I can only say “Go for the food, get takeaway. Everyone’d be happier with that.”2022 review: I go here once every few weeks and never had any issues with my orders or staff.The price is okay since I get enough for 2 meals’ portion when I buy takeaway and can cook more with the leftover soup next day.I mostly go for the beef bone or tomato soup bases as the dry one isn’t to my taste. Definitely not a fan of the chicken/coconut one. Decent range of ingredients too! Waiting time can be long.

Very slow. Wait for takeaway for 30 minutes. Ask the people in the kitchen and they said it's busy just have to wait. Very bad attitude.. looks like we need to adopt their slow service.. food is average but expensive.. not worth it .

Been coming here alot but recently my partner went to get dinner for us the lady in the counter was rude to her as my partner was getting separate malatangs however the lady in the counter assumed she was not gonna pay for the 1st one but my partner said to please keep it aside so she can grade another one for herself, the food is good but there was a miscommunication as the lady didn't understand what my partner was saying maybe a language barrier I am sure she was just having a long but it was embarrassing for my partner as the lady raised her voice Infront of people and people assumed she wasnt able to pay for the food so it was sad but love the place

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a fantastic Malatang and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.Absolutely the best Malatang in Sydney. The food is beautiful. I ordered Chilli Dry Mix, lovvvvvve it! Will come back with my family next time!
