What a great place. Everything rural in one place. Great service very helpful staff. Was happy to tell me about their loyalty program that I signed up for. Can't wait to see their new premises in Heathcote. Prices are reasonable and variety is great too. Catering for the small farmer (me) and the big farmer. Buy local, spread the word all over and support your local businesses.

Great place to shop no pressure friendly the resident dog was a bit pushy till I found out he/she wanted me to throw the ball..service was excellent had what I needed to get the job done bit pricier than melb can't help that it's the price you pay for living in the country

Don't waste your time going here. You have to wait to be served, and the arrogant owner says you have to make an appointment to chat to the staff member who has lots of horse knowledge.There prices are very high.Customer service and customer satisfaction is not high on there list of priorities at all.Don't recommend at all.
