Bacchus Marsh Florist provided flowers for my wedding at Camp Sunnystones. They did an amazing job and everything was as per the design brief. We also hired furniture from them and we were really impressed by the service and the price for everything. My only complaint was that it was a bit hard to get in touch with them via email or phone so I needed to visit in person however everything else was perfect! Thank you so much!

Received a bouquet of flowers, candle and sweets for my birthday. They were all amazing.the flowers were beautiful and have lasted more than 10 days despite the heat. The lollies were also very fresh. Would definately recommend Bacchus Marsh Florist

My Daughter ordered flowers for my 64th birthday from Bacchus Marsh Florist that was 16 days ago on the 4th October and they still look the same as day they was delivered..... first photo day one they where delivered 2nd photo date 16 taken today

Made an order for Valentine's Day, unfortunately on arrival it seems my order had been lost. A young staff member offered and made up a new bunch for me during the busy morning. They gave me an even better bunch than I was expecting for the price. Nice people, nice flowers.

Absolutely beautiful flowers and gifts all very reasonably priced and delivered for a small fee. Totally recommend. I ordered the items pictured for delivery to a friend in Melbourne and she was blown away with how loverly it was and it cost about 30% less than the price of some of the national flower / gift delivery platforms.

Bacchus Marsh Florist should be a franchise because they bring a whole different meaning to the word special with their stunning arrangements and detail with vases you can keep forever. I am not a flower person, I feel the money is worth spent elsewhere however that opinion changed when I received flowers from Bacchus Marsh florist. They made me feel very special and thought of. They are soooo well throughout and gorgeous! I’ll only order from here now. See 2 different arrangements below! I sent one lot as a gift after receiving mine.

Ordered three white roses & asters for a funeral bouquet… roses to represent a mother & daughter who had passed & asters to represent the mothers birth month … Initial interaction was good as the owner said they would contact the funeral home for a delivery time …Iasked to be sent a picture before they were sent out .. I was assured I would get one … it didn’t happen … during three phone calls I was told they were short staffed . When I did eventually get a picture of a replica bouquet it wasn’t what a asked for ..a bunch of white roses with a few asters in between … I wasn’t listened to … I was over promised a service which was under delivered… You only get one chance to pay your respects to someone that has passed … & an organisation should NEVER get it wrong … I am so angry & upset.
