I love this store. There is a ridiculous amount of stunning homewares and furniture. The staff are a lovely family who are so helpful and kind too. Definately check it out!

I had a wonderful experience shopping at DARTAGNAN. I needed help purchasing condolence gifts and was overwhelmed with the task. The owner was so kind to give me advice about which candle designs, fragrances and packaging would be most appropriate for my specific needs. The complimentary gift wrapping was so beautifully done too. So very grateful and look forward to returning for my next gift purchase.

Exquisite and much more. This is my favorite store. It has class and beauty. You would be hard done by if you couldn't find anything. The staff are warm and welcoming and very helpful.

Beyond words, the way in which the exchange policy was upheld begs much to be desired. After Purchasing the Louise Vuitton: the birth of luxury for $160. It was unpackaged to find it had been dropped on the corner spine of the book, damaging ensured. Damages to the bindings and cover. After short phone call and an in store visit, the unpleasant taste of Condescension and aggression in questioning my overall Integrity was all I was left with. The Damage was said to be my own issue as I should have cheeked before leaving the store after my initial Purchase. Even after it had been gift wrapped.On a side note, the shop uses a number of selling techniques that I found misleading, as the book was sold under the pretence it was 1 of 13 in Australia. After a quick google search I found this was not this case, barre an edition printed in a batch of 18, this in conjunction with a price tag of closer to 50% more than what it is sold in elsewhere ...overall a large shop, with a great range though for future reference I would price check items and inspect for damage as the refund policy is a fierce beast to deal with and not for the faint hearted. The owner has refused to replace the book to date.

Love coming here not because of the never ending luxury gifts and homewares but the helpful and friendly service.This store just keeps going and going so much to look at and find something from big or small to high end to low for everyone’s budget!

I’m told you guys aren’t checking and allowing customers who are not double vaxxed. Is this right? Tell me I’m wrong.Three days later and still no response. Come on……cat got your tongue?? Six days later and still no response.Come on big man, lots of cute replies to others, but none here. Should I report you? Come on mate, many more days, still no no response.This is my 4th message. What gives? Come on big guy.!!!! Surely you can respond! Vax or no vax???

I have been coming here for years. The customer service provided by each staff member is second to none. Additionally, the selection of homewares and gifts on offer is unmatched in terms of quality and uniqueness. Thank you, D’Artagnan - your customer for life.As an aside, after reading the review below, I feel compelled to mention that I was in the store the other day, and a staff member checked my, as well as every other customer's, vaccination status upon entry. As Victorians, we should be supporting local businesses rather than posting unfounded reviews.
