DO NOT SHOP HERE!! If I could put no stars I would.The worst customer service I have ever seen. The communication has been appalling and disappointing to say the least.If you receive faulty furniture, be expected to be accused of doing the damage by store/head office, without even seeing the damage. (We provided photos).It took two trips back to Melbourne from country Victoria to sort the issue out. The owner of the store has no respect for women and yelled down the phone.They will also charge you to have it shipped back to them. (Which we refused to pay) as it was warranty. furniture was 3 weeks old.After many phone calls & emails we have received our new table and a written apology.BE VERY WARY!

I came in today looking for a specific lounge suite as the store next to it (Suave furniture) has the most rude dude ever. The girl who helped me and my sister, served very well and also made the lounge suite into the size I wanted. I needed it ASAP like this week and she was able to get the delivery done for me as most places told me to wait 5-6 weeks. She was nice and very patient as me and my sister left to browse other stores. We came back and she still had the same energy and greeted us with open arms. Service was great and price was great as she gave us a discount. Will be forever grateful, I’m 32 weeks pregnant and was stressing to get this in once I move and she was beyond helpful.Thank you to the hoppers crossing store staff.

you better hope you don't get a faulty one in this store, because they will treat you rudely and bringing lots of trouble to you. Bought a table and the screws even can't go in to holes, went to store changed another one and got same issues!!! complained it to the boss and the boss said it is my problem to have those troubles!!! Terrible customer service !DO NOT SHOP!!
