Pre Uni College Bella Vista

My daughter was behind in math and the school didn't offer extra support. I've always heard good things about Pre Uni College Bella Vista and it worked miracles with my daughter. I noticed her grades are getting better and her math teacher told me the other day that whatever I've done to my daughter is working. Pre Uni College Bella Vista is awesome. I like the way they teach and I like one of the centre manger Jay there. He went out of the way to help my daughter in explaining the concepts.My daughter also feels good that she's being rewarded for what she's doing . Can't thank them enough.

I have had my child enrol at other coaching centres and then move to this one. I could tell the difference within few weeks, with dedicated teachers and planned lessons. Best decision ever!

This customer service at this centre is appalling. The head office sounds like a call centre. There is no attention to individual students. There are just numbers that = $$$. Their method is to provide a book each term and the supposed teachers go through them in the class session. They go through it so fast, for kids that haven't done these theory's before have no concept of what just happened in the hour that just past. I refuse to give then even a one star rating.

Pre Uni Bella Vista has been helpful in our child's development. My daughter has developed really well. The transition to online learning has been very smooth and easy. The management have been very helpful in providing support whenever we approached them. I would highly recommend this centre

Experience with Bellavista centre been a very disappointing one. They don't encourage any interaction with the centre management or the teaches to seek any feedback from parents. Initially, they used call every Saturday after the class, it stopped after while when I repeatedly asked for face to face interaction.- No feedback on writing activities.- No answers to the mathematics and thinking skills questions which child hasn't solved.- Nhere is a reading activity, which needs to be referred from a Novel. novel is not been given in the whole termMy recommendation: don't send your child to this institute

Enrolled my daughter into year 5 for Selective test preparation. Found Pre-uni teaching methods extremely short of expectations. They call their programme Interactive classes but it was anything but interactive. For Maths, The teacher mostly just comes - solves the questions in the handbook for the students - and then the class is done without explaining the concepts of the day. It is better to just buy their handbooks and teach at home. The teaching techniques are pretty poor.In one of the English online classes - when I was monitoring my kid, the English teacher had to google meaning of the words in the Poem when a student asked a query. We do not pay for teaching via google.Also, complete chaos administratively - we were not send notifications for the exam at the end of the term and ended up at the centre when there was no class. Also, no notifications for mid-term exams - no one reached out during the term to explain how the kid is doing.Further, the class sizes of almost 15 kids is too big for the kind of money they are charging.

Good learning experience. My son level is now better in school. The english teacher Miss Zoe is amazing with the kids. Now my son is much more confident with his writing and english. Maths teacher and the helping class teacher really need to be more patient with the kids and also they need to be teaching more not just answering the questions. But over all, very happy with the service.

The staff and the teachers at Pre Uni who were very supportive.Must recommended place for OC & Selective preparations.

My daughter in Year 4 is going at the Bella Vista centre. Due to lockdown in NSW the term 3 schooling was home learning and the classes were held online and its really fantastic that the online classes are zoom interactive classes which really help my child. As a parent really happy with their teaching.
