If you ever want type II diabetes feel free to order a hot chocolate. It was nice and hot except instead of chocolate i tasted sugar. Sugared milk, delicious! Had to go 7-11 straight after to taste a good hot chocolate but yeah avoid getting drinks if you dont want diabetes.

Tugun zarafas, every time I order a smashed avo or hummus. The topping is always spread so thin you can see the toast through it! So stingy! If you advertise hummus or avo and make people pay for it then atleast put some on there. Had 1 bite and threw out. Was disgusting.

Diabolically bad service and poor communication. Ben, the junior who served me (not Alex as stated on the attached receipt) was unhelpful and almost to the point of being rude. I ordered, amongst other things a creme chocolate fusion, and misheard him when he asked if I wanted ice-cream (in the 9 years I’ve been ordering this drink I’ve only ever been asked if I want cream on top or not, so my assumption was that was the question) - his mumbling voice didn’t help. I got my receipt and saw I had been charged an extra $1 for ice cream I did not want. He then told me he couldn’t refund me. Then he did some tap tapping on his register before saying “ yeah, nah I can’t refund you”, and I looked at home, like is he being serious? So he says, “do you want the supervisor?” .. ahh, yes please.he goes out back, and I hear him getting reprimanded and being told it’s “easy”. He returns and says, oh yup I can but only cash.... “ok” I reply. Then they forget my drink order. The girl behind the counter looks over and says, is that it? No, I reply, still waiting for another drink. “What is it?”she asks... I explain. Finally get my drink ... and despite already going through the rigmarole of the ice cream debacle - I end up with ice cream I didn’t want in my drink, I explain to the girls at the counter and this where Bens attitude gets really bad, huffing and sighing he says “sorry” but is clearly not interested. And it is clear the supervisor is not impressed and reprimands him again. All in all a bit of a disaster of an experience and the drink wasn’t great either. I wouldn’t recommend keeping Ben anywhere near customers.

Been standing here for around 15 mins now and no one has even come to the front counter, they just keep walking past. Seems like I can only see a single staff member out back and nothing is happening. Strange.

Ordered tall cap one sugar, gave me cap with no sugar. Returned in Tugun traffic, second one had probably 3-4 sugars undrinkable. Disgusting, didn't bother returning for a refund. They need to slow down a few minutes so they don't f everything up.

Gotta love it when it turns out the one girl that without fail always makes you the wrong order turns out to be the supervisor. You can't even question your order politely without having her roll her eyes and give you an abrupt response. I called back today after having enough of this one girl's constant stuff ups and smug attitude only to find out she had answered my call and was indeed the supervisor lol. I have been a daily customer of the zarraffas near my home for over 8 years now and have never had to endure the poor customer service and a bad attitudes of staff members like I have here the handful of times I been in their drive thru. Think I'd rather get a $1 coffee at the servo next door cause at least my drink would be right and I won't have to deal with unprofessional staff.

usually good experience been comming a lot recently but came today and girl had the biggest attitude and was rude then decided to give us drinks with near to no cream and barely any ice creamjust looked sloppy
