Our child definitely enjoys herself at Little Lane. The environment is exceptional and the educators are caring and loving. The daily update of the children's activities in the centre is particularly helpful to our family to keep track of our child's learning development.

As an educator. I have already recommended this centre to my classmates sooooooo many times. The manager is not only professional but also caring about each staff. Management team are always being very helpful and highly efficient. They listen to you and try to help. Also they provide good training program for you to improve your skills and to keep your knowledge up to date. Every staff here are friendly and support each other. The working environment is soooooo nice and relaxing. This is the place you will be falling in love with your job.

It's so comforting to see those staffs who are reliable, respectful, caring, and fun-loving around to keep an eye on child's safety and ensure that they are happy and entertained while they're away from home. Diana is such an amazing manager who always being friendly, kind,supportive, and patient to all of the families&staffs. This is my first day working in Little Lane, totally beyond my expectations! The manager Diana has done amazing job, very thoughtful, friendly and professional. The environment is beautiful! All the rooms are spacious and bright, the outdoor spaces are very large, there are various children's free activities area. The educators are very happy and friendly. The programs are fantastic.Today I am in a kinder room. The teacher who has master degree is full of love, very gentle and professional, she loves the children very much. The children enjoy their time in childcare. In addition to class activities, children also have Chinese， music and art lessons. These teachers are very passionate, friendly and professional. In Chinese lesson, children read, sing, dance, they can recite so many Chinese ancient poems，the children very enjoy their Chinese lesson.If any Chinese background family worrying about your child’s Chinese, should give this centre a try, this is a great Chinese-English bilingual childcare, then you will find your child don’t need to go to other Chinese school at weekends at all.From my first day experience, I feel that Little Lane is a childcare with the best combination of Asian and Western education. My child has been a part of the Little Lane community for more than two years, starting from when he was just seven months old and progressing through the baby room, junior toddler room, and now the toddler room.All educators and administration staff at Little Lane Boxhill are friendly, caring, and highly skilled at what they do. They are always on hand to answer any questions or concerns that I may have, and they provide regular updates on my child's progress and development. For example, they provide comprehensive communication with parents, including daily activity reports, weekly learning journey reports, and term assessment reports. Additionally, parents have the opportunity to participate in interviews to address any concerns or seek advice during their children's growth journey.The facilities at Little Lane are top-notch. The centre is clean, spacious, and filled with a wide range of age-appropriate toys and learning materials. My child loves spending time in the outdoor play area, which is well-equipped with trikes, slides, and climbing structures.Another important thing is that the food here is nutritious, delicious, and always prepared with care and attention to detail. The menu is diverse and well-rounded. The staff who work in the canteen are friendly and accommodating, and they go above and beyond to ensure that each child's dietary needs and preferences are met.One thing that I appreciate most about Little Lane is the emphasis that they place on education.
