I have found Hannah to be extremely knowledgeable about nutrition & anything to do with health, I consult her on all aspects of nutrition.Hannah has taught me how to understand the food I eat & how my body works with that food, she has shown me how to read labels & how to introduce healthier habits & things into my diet.Hannah has given me the ability to quickly achieve & maintain my personal goals to live a happier, healthier & longer life.Hannah has a touching compassion & dedication to improving her clients well being.I can highly recommend Nutrition with Hannah as I wouldn’t be where I am today without her.
