Do not leave your investment property in the hands of Redlands Property Group, unless you really enjoy:* Emails not being responded to* Phone calls not being returned* Rent payments not being forwarded unless you chase them up* Rental statements not being sent unless you ask for them, numerous times, every single month* Inspection reports & photos not being provided* Property damage not reported* Overall terrible service, lack of communication & no actual property management"Stay clear of this group. Even your worst property management experience won't match how low this group can go."

Contractors beware. We had done a job for RPG that after multiple attempts to contact them via email and phone with no response, took 4 months to get paid.

Started off great we rented 3 houses thru these guys, then we were accused of owing them money when our latest agent tried to get a reference. I was told they would email me the information of the supposedly unpaid money but to no surprise I haven’t heard anything since. Always keep contact via email and keep track of your tenant ledger.

I was with Redlands for approx. 8 years where Redlands managed 12 properties for me. Initially they were excellent however in the last 2 years the service levels went down big time (from 5 start to effectively zero star and untrustworthy)! Recently I made a decision to remove all my properties from Redlands as I identified negligence in the property management services and despite removing a few initially, more flaws where latter identified where trust in Redlands was broken (they didn’t even attempt to repair the broken trust). A number of my properties had no inspections for over 2 years and a number of my properties were not smoke alarm compliant. When I went through the paperwork, this stemmed for 2-3 years. This is the basic of a property management firm and when you entrust them with your property you expect them to protect you and be across the basics.I also found they had not managed the property effectively and in a timely manner resulting in a tenant was owning approx. $8,000. Redlands property management service allowed tenants to be in default as they knew it would not be managed as it should have and they made no attempts to go through the basic legal channel to obtain the sums due. I suspect as it would mean they need to do some work. I was fortunate that my new agent was happy to help manage all the gaps and engage appropriate debt collectors & others to fix what was broken and not repaired by Redlands.I am extremely disappointed that I entrusted this firm for 8 years only to learn they focused on milking me with management fees but not do what they were paid for. At the time of writing this review, I am weighing up options to let bygones be bygones or to take legal action against this firm for negligence in property management services at 8 of the 12 properties have not been effectively managed in the last 2-3 years yet full fees had been charged. No apology or trying to fix the errors – really a can’t be ars*d attitude!To landlords, I am sharing as after 8 years of loyalty what I uncovered could have voided my insurance and left me substantially out of pocket, had I not picked up, albeit 2-3 years late what was happening. If you want to be legally compliant and want your property effectively managed, think twice before using Redlands!

Very professional and very friendly staff would definitely recommend to anyone that’s selling, buying, renting, or leasing.

We have had great experiences time after time renting, buying and selling with RPG. They looked after our interests, they were anyways available and they always endevoured to exceed our expectations. Very highly recomended.

The best experience with a property manager so far. It was easy moving in - and easy moving out. Financial issues was quickly done with no problems. Always good service with quick response to email, phonecalls or text. Would love to use these guys again. Thanks to Andrea Onley & Co.

Stay clear from this agent unless you want your private info shared around the whole community. Total lack of professionalism. Would never rent with them again. They dont respond to tenants emails or complaints. Quickly sweep their faults under the carpet. Have not dealt with anything like the team in this office!
