Would not recommend. Very rude. Bluntly said supplier hasn't got item but didn't tell me a price or whether they can order it in and hung up on me. Take your business to nepean spares much friendlier team !

They are able to get in a good range of parts, and have some helpful staff, and some less helpful. I have received a few parts on short notice previously.Unfortunately the manager has now decided that they will only order in parts if you come into the store and make a deposit, which then requires you to return to the store again once it has arrived. They will not accept payment over the phone or online. This rule is either new, or inconsistently put into place.Great place to shop if convenience and consistency are not important to you.

I've generally had a good experience when buying products in store. When I attempted to purchase a product that wasn't in stock but could be ordered in, there was confusion around the deposit taking process. Over the phone I was told to drop by and put down $100 but when I went in store, I was told they don't take deposits, they don't even have a system to facilitate this process. Everyone needs to be on the same page when it comes to process and procedures with customer transactions. I ended up buying online elsewhere and it was a smooth and easy process.

Legit stood around waiting for atleast 5 minutes while i could literally see 3 staff just standing there gossiping.. they looked at me multiple times and just kept talking like they didnt care i was there.Then when i was served, the lack of knowledge was beyond a joke.. they didnt listen to a thing i said and thought if the computer doesnt say so then whatever i say is wrong..Told them i was after a specific part.. and they kept telling me that wasnt the part i was after.. which... why else would i go there if i wasnt after that part...

Absolutely rubbish customer service in the Penrith store. Went to buy a toolkit and the guy refuses to show me the toolkit and kept saying it's too expensive implying it was too expensive for me which made me feel like I was a cheap person. The second time I went there, they are supposed to provide lifetime warranty for the tools as claimed by the store, so when I went there the same guy rang the manufacturer and told them that I had used the tools the wrong way, he didn't ask how i used them so he didn't even know how I used the tools... this made the manufacturer refuse to replace my tools
