Knowledgeable, simple re-letting process, increased rent. Thanks to the team at Brand! They know the market and possible rentals. Whilst it is a tight market we were looking for the right tenant and Brand found them. They were able to increase the rent. As a landlord, the process was quick and simple. More importantly they are friendly and kept me well informed on progress and tenants. I love their prospective tenant report - better than others!

I would not recommend as they do not answer your calls or emails in a timely manner. Also haven’t received my bond back, and have vacated over a week ago because my property manager is off for a week and hasn’t finished his work load. Took 4 days to reply to fix the fire alarm. They just show that they do not care about their tenants.

The others I approached either didn't respond or took weeks to provide me with information.Aaron presented me with all the information a first time owner renting their property needs to know.
