Micheal was very helpful in helping me select the right machine for my application. Explained all the different features of their product line. Ended up with going with the v350. Very happy with the quality and build of the machine! Extremely powerful. Not to mention their vacuum bags are almost indestructible also!

If you are buying your first vacuum sealer or your last, LAVA machines are the absolute apex of vacuum machines and LAVA's sales and service are second to none. These machines are plug and play but if in doubt on any aspect, call Michael at LAVA and he will be only too happy to walk you through any concerns or questions you may have. buy it once and its done.

I‘ve bought the LAVA Premium V.300 in December 2018 and I‘m very satisfied with the vacuum sealer, the vacuum bags the service and support. I do use it within my restaurant and we are very experienced but never have had an engine like the LAVA V.300! I do recommend the company and their products to anyone who is in need for an professional vacuum sealer for business use!

We purchased the Lava V300 and were extremely impressed with the quality, performance and ease of use of this machine. We had previously had several cheap vacuum sealer machines from two companies (neither of which were LAVA) and had been disappointed and disillusioned with the poor performance of these other machines. The LAVA V300 has proven a pleasure to use each time and has been a great purchase.We were also impressed with how easy it was to complete the purchase from LAVA Australia, despite them being located in WA and us living in Far North Queensland. The true excellence of this company was further proven when we subsequently encountered a minor fault with the operation of the machine. Michael from LAVA responded promptly to our inquiry and was extremely helpful, professional and friendly, and had everything working perfectly again in no time. Michael was totally committed to sorting our issue and made us feel very valued as customers. We have no hesitation in recommending this product and the WA based company distributing them. If only all product retailers were this professional and responsive. They offer a great product, have a detailed knowledge of the product they sell and provide wonderful after sales back up service.

I have had my LAVA300 for approximately 5 years in a domestic kitchen. It hadn't been performing properly and after doing a service at home it still wasn't working 100%. I was considering purchasing a new machine when I spoke to Michael who was fabulous and went through step by step some troubleshooting. It was suggested I purchase some spare parts to fix the problem. I told him he has just done himself out of a sale but he seemed happy to be able to help his customer. Would definitely recommend LAVA !
