Wait times are getting worseI use the app to avoid hanging around, supposed to be good alternative.15 hours after putting in order still not ready and told 8 ahead of me,What is going on there?!Maybe they should hire more staff, or maybe we should pull our filed scripts and find somewhere more efficient.

Left script Waited 40 minutes and not done, they then checked and came back and said they have to check with DR to male sure they will send original. Had a dispute because no problems in the past they finally agreed to because they did it in the past. 1HR wait and watched everyone before and after me go through.

Tuan is a gentleman. He helped me today and was so supportive of my situation. He was patient and supportive and gave me advice. I really appreciate him and will be a regular customer moving forward.

This has got to be the worst pharmacy. I do not know why I go there except it is my local.Today I waited over 30minutes to then get my scripts that were generic brand. When I handed them in, the lady snatched them off me and didn’t ask my preference. I went to Woolies to get some things and came back to find that it still hadn’t been filled.Another lady had to ask about her script after waiting for a long time and with a sick child - their response “well you need to tell us that so we can get it done faster”. Well if you actually did your job correctly in the first place and it got done efficiently then customers wouldn’t need to ask 5 times about their scripts. After I told them I wanted original brands she told me that it’s my fault and I didn’t tell them when putting in the script. I would have if they gave me the time of day when taking my script instead of just rudely taking it from me and walking away without another word. One of my medications were not in stock and another rude lady with a glasses chain turned around and asked why I didn’t have enough to get me through until I got the script, blaming me for their incompetence. I have left my number in the hope to get a call from the manager to talk about this.Always rude, always a long wait - go somewhere else is my suggestion.

Rude staff. Don't leave your scripts there, they will refuse to give them back if you decide to go elsewhere. Some days they'll decide to accept a concession card some days they don't. No clue what is going on there.

I just watched the pharmacist insult and argue with a customer. The customer had been returning multiple times over the past few days due to their medication being out of stock and was frustrated understandably. They asked why the chemsit couldn't call them if the medication was unavailable instead of waiting all way only to return to a script that could not be filled. The pharmacist told the customer they couldn't be their personal assistant and they need to be more prepared, repeatedly telling them that it's unreasonable to expect a call.

All I wanted was to buy foundation.Usually I’m able to go into Priceline, get what I need, buy it, and leave, and it usually takes no longer than 5 minutes. That’s what I set out to do this afternoon, but my shade was not on the shelf. Luckily I saw the same shade ABOUT to be restocked on the shelf. I then politely asked the staff member (a brunette middle aged woman that appeared and sounded to be of Eastern European descent) if I could take one foundation (of the shade that I needed) and head to the checkout. What should’ve been a quick trip in and out of Priceline turned into a fruitless, unpleasant encounter. Instead of letting me take the foundation that I wanted to the checkout, she proceeded to give her unwarranted opinion on which foundation shade I should be taking. Her colour recommendation was MUCH darker than the shade that I need and usually take. I could see she was making this judgement based on the skin colour of my ARM and not the skin colour on my FACE. I proceeded to tell her that the foundation that we were dealing with is actually MUCH darker than the colour it appears to be behind the glass (while dodging the whole racial assumptions/stereotype accusation sort of thing/ white woman trying to tell POC what POC needs based on what she sees instead of listening to the customer who knows what they themselves need) of the packaging (because I’ve dealt with that line of foundation many times before). She completely dismissed my remarks and continued to insist that I needed the foundation colour that she poorly recommended (she clearly made that recommendation based on the colour of my ARM, which is naturally much darker than my face because of hyper pigmentation. Also, I don’t know about you, but I do not wear foundation on my arm; so if you, as a staff member in the makeup department, were to provide a solicited or even an unsolicited recommendation, at least make the recommendation based on the area where the product will actually be applied).Anyway, I left quickly. Not only did she disregard my needs but she publicly embarrassed me. I could’ve walked away with a bargain and instead I left in a hurry with disappointment. If you want to buy makeup from Priceline, you’re better off ordering ONLINE so there’s no workers like that staff member that I encountered today to gatekeep what you want/need.

Ordered a script online wasnt ready when i got there. Went back 3 times to be told 1 script couldnt be filled as they dont have the hard copy and proceeded to tell me its my fault as i must have taken the script with me last time, which is completely untrue. They were talking loudly about 1 mans medications infront of about 20 people. Everyone was annoyed with how long they were waiting. The staff member who served me all 3 times was rude and no hint of any customer service.Been going there for 20 years but looks like new owners. Time to find somewhere else.

Arrived just after they had closed. I asked if they could fill a script, and they pleasantly obliged. Been going there for many years and found them to be most helpful
