They are very helpful, but they overcharged me on two globes, and reckoned I paid freight from Brisbane to Melbourne ($52.60), which isn't true. Even via AusPost it would of been $10, but you don't pay freight for them to move parts to other warehouses. I paid $100 each, the packaging said $73.65. Complained to head office, they didn't seem to care. Won't be using Bursons again.
