Good and professional

I was recommended to go here by the car dealer that I bought my car from. I called ahead, explained the problems I had with my car and they gave me an appointment time. However, when I showed up, they immediately turned me away saying the can't fix the problem without even having a look at it, and again - I have explained the situation when I rang them beforehand and I only when there on their instructions. Waste of my time. Pretty dismissive and rude. This was during the height of the pandemic too, and clearly they didn't care about the rules around that and in my opinion were being unsafe. Also the car dealer got the RWC for my car from this shop, and they issued it saying there's no problems at all. However I discovered a couple of problems on day one that I bought the car. Clearly there's some sort of dodgy deals between them and that car dealer as well. Not honest about RWC and just pumping it out. How dangerous
