Staff are caring and professional.Receiving daily videos of your dog is very reassuring. It is good that you receive them direct to your email. This adds privacy to the fact that you are not at your home residence.

Absolutely the best kennel we have ever used for our dogs. Excellent customer service, the staff really care, go above and beyond and then some. We always received updates daily (video) and were phoned if there was any question or concern - for example, one of dogs weighed less than she did the last visit.The team helped me with vet coordination and also interstate relocation - which was unexpected and incredibly helpful. We really couldn't have done it without their assistance. They are professional, personable and caring. We can't rate them highly enough.

Our girls (dog and kitty cat) have stayed at Kip Lake Macquarie a few times, most recently for 4 weeks during April/May. They were both really well cared for and given lots of individual attention and cuddles. Daily videos received on our email were a great way of letting us know they were okay and allayed our fears that they might miss us.

First time our 5 month cattle fog Winnie was boarded. She had a great time and seeing a video posted daily is fantastic to see your pet having a good time and enjoying her little holiday.Highly recommend Kip Lake Macquarie.Thank you for taking great care of Winnie.

Our pup stayed at Kip for a week over the school holidays. I loved getting daily video updates and seeing how much fun he was having. Our pup became more socialised on his stay. We will be back in the future and would highly recommend.

We dropped our reactive dog Tyson off for the first time, Couldn’t recommend it enough!Staff are well able for all situations. We received a picture and video of him on our profile and so good to see how he was settling in. Surprisingly he didn’t react and cannot wait to go back!!

I am very appreciative of the care and concern shown by Kip to our Moodle. Although she had settled well on previous stays, on this occasion she decided to go on a hunger strike. Kip were very supportive and tried many different things to get her to eat and even rang her Vet for advice. They kept me well advised during her time with them. Their daily video updates are a joy and reassuring. I feel confident leaving her in their care.

This establishment was a great choice for our dog, saying it was an amazing stay would be a terrible understatement. We received daily videos of our dog playing, which put our minds at rest as it was our first dog boarding experience. This fine business took my breath away, you can tell their staff have a great passion towards dogs and cats! If it we're possible, it'd give it way more than only 5. I would highly recommend this business to other dog owners!
