As a dancer, recovery is super important for my training. I’ve been to multiple massage therapists and have left feeling defeated, sometimes with injuries even worse than when I first walked in. Paige is the only person I trust with my back and neck. She is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to understand her client’s individual needs. She is the only massage therapist I’ve been to that takes the time to explain the anatomy and where your pain is originating from. She’s attentive, passionate and extremely intelligent. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

Paige has got to be the BEST and most knowledgeable Massage Therapist I have ever seen, and believe me, I've seen lots!!!I have been given an exercise (stretching) programme to help with my back issues and get reassessed every time I visit.Her attention to detail is TOP class.

Highly recommend Paige, she’s an incredible Remedial Massage Therapist, very skilled and knowledgeable in her area of work. I really enjoy how she works on mobility of the joints whilst working on all of the tight areas. My headaches and the tightness in my neck and back have been very minimal since seeing Paige. I saw Paige for a remedial massage and dry needling. I have seen a few practitioners in the past 10 years for my terrible shoulder mobility. Paige was by far, the best I've had.
