Im a new customer , really difficult to get a return reply on a call or email , sent multiple requests to edit my policy and answer some basic questions as a new customer . just generic reply of phone message to leave a message .i have edited this , as Will called me back, with a solid apology has been unwell , however the business should look at alternative measures to manage enquiries, as i had no idea if my car was correctly insured for 10 period , not something can be left to chance .

I found dealing with Ryno Insurance an absolute pleasure. Both Anton & Louis were not only very professional, but exceptionally polite, nothing was a bother when phoning and asking questions. It is a refreshing change to receive old fashion service and be able to speak directly with a person not a computer, and have them treat you with respect. I found them to be exceptionally friendly, and much cheaper than my previous insurer. I therefore have no hesitation in highly recommending this company.John McGuire
