Just Cuts

I am very happy with my haircut I recieved at Belmont Justcuts on Saturday. The service was very effectient and friendly. I will happily return and recommend to others.

Had my haircut here at just cuts belmont and asked for 1cm to be taken off but she took off 7cm and my hair is uneven and ruined, this will take a year to grow back. I made a complaint to the owner and she screamed at me and abused me in the middle of the store, i was so embarrassed i left crying. Ill never go to a just cuts again. Im devastated.

Had my hair cut last week here for the first time. My style is very simple, short back and sides with about 4cm up top. A simple guys cut. At first, I thought it was fine until I got home. Would have to be the worst hair cut I have ever had. The back and sides were fine, the top was cut fine on the right hand side but hardly touched on the left. The whole left side of the top was almost twice the length of the other side. She pretty much didn’t even touch the left side of my head. It looked completely ridiculous. I have since gone to another hairdresser to get this fixed. The other hairdresser took about another 3cm off, that’s how uneven it was. And to think, this cost $39 for a half done cut that only took 10 minutes! Seriously?! Will never visit Just Cuts Belmont ever again. Will not take them on the 7 day guarantee, once trust is broken, I will never visit again, no thank you. ZERO stars.

Took pre-teen daughter in for the latest cut (butterfly) and she came out beaming. Skilled and cheerful stylists, lovely feel to the place and done promptly even though it was humming.Cut gorgeous!

Horrible haircut. I sent my partner in for a haircut on Friday and my partner came back crying about her haircut.My partner was sobbing and angry about how her hair turned out.As a man that does not know anything about a woman's haircut, even I can tell that it was done badly and cut uneven.Will not go back to them again.

Very disappointed with the result.Came here as the reviews were good and had some spare time to come in.I had lovely long hair with some longer layers and wanted a blunt cut to remove them and unfortunately have been left with probably the worst haircut of my life.Paid for it to be straightened but then it got sprayed down with water when it was cut? So left with wavy hair. Went home and straightened it and this was the result.The lady was lovely and I did go back and have it ‘fixed’ but it’s still just as bad.I just don’t understand how there can be so many different lengths.Am now having to go elsewhere to have it fixed and go even shorter with my hair which I was hoping to avoid.Super depressing having had such nice hair then to be left with this.

Just got a wash, blow dry and cut from Bec, she did a fabulous job. Very friendly and understanding of what I wanted and nailed the cut and style, very affordable for what I got and the experience I had…killer shampoo massage too! Thank you Bec!

Fantastic customer service from Lina today, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Will definitely be back.
