Jacqui was fantastic, she was able to turn some serious Anaphylaxis training into something enjoyable, a little bit of humour goes a long way. Safe Hands First Aid
Jacqui and Carol recently delivered the course to 20 of the Year 11 and 12s at Ceduna Area School. The students thoroughly enjoyed the course and the way that Jacqui and Carol were able to interact with them. It is such an important skill for young people to learn, and Safe Hands First Aid did a great job in making it accessible and achievable for them all.

This is a great online and practical course. Jacqui and Carol provided a relaxing and calm environment for the course. The trainer was excellent and provided lots of information and examples to assist in the ease of learning. Thoroughly professionally presented and certificates received later that day. I would highly recommend Safe Hands First Aid.

Safe Hands First Aid travelled to Victor Harbor to facilitate our allied health team Basic Life Support session. Applying the high-quality theory in the practical session built confidence in our team to safely respond to an emergency, use equipment, and communicate effectively.Jacqui's engaging presentation provided an enjoyable opportunity for team bonding while creating a safe space to discuss sensitive and serious topics that we don't always acknowledge in our daily clinical environment.

It was so good to have some professional and engaging training facilitators come out here to remote South Australia (Ceduna) rather than having to go to Adelaide for training. Our instructors were knowledge and the training was relevant and fun!

Staff was knowledgeable, and great to work with. They were very up to date with latest techniques and procedures helping me renew my CPR certificate. I'll be back next year!
