I visited the store well before 9pm, I had to call out 6 times before someone even answered me even though staff looked me straight in the eye after 3 shout-outs. Appalling service, no suggestion of pack combos, no assistance at all in fact, no drink offered.It looked like it was more about staff going home than making money.A disgraceful experience

Absolutely terrible service from specifically the manager. Never met anyone so rude. Had ordered online and had a coupon for signing up through the app for 2x Fried Chicken or a large chips. Old matey repeatedly told me he ‘Couldn’t do that, best I can do is tell you to take the chips.’ despite me coming down to the store solely to collect on that voucher. Showed him the email and everything. This was after scanning the QR code from my phone and the register showing “$0.00 - Discount Applied”.Lied straight to me so to not part with his two precious pieces of chicken. Felt properly nickel and dimed for what was meant be collecting a freebie for signing up for the app.Left the store with no freebie in hand. Won’t return./TedTalk

Being here a fair few times and 80% of the time a mistake or issue will occur.Mistakes including, wrong burger, missing a tender in a burger, missing drumstick from box meal. Drinks not chilled.Would go there more often if issues weren't present most the time.

The new fried chicken is to die for and the owner/manager really looks after his customers. I’m glad he’s staying and I’ll be back a lot more now he has the fried chicken. The chips are always fresh, parking is easy and the restaurant is clean and well presented. I was quick to be served and got my meal quick considering it was fresh cooked. Well done. I’ve been back a few times now and I’ll be back more. Your Rooster Roll is awesome too.

The chips tasted like the fry oil needed replacing, disgusting and completely inedible and the corn wheels tasted off.

I ordered a simple rooster roll and got very little chicken on it, and i found wilted lettuce and carrot that i didnt order. I took it back to have remade. The manager decided to just pick off what he could see and gave it back to me, thinking i wouldnt notice and i found plenty still leuttus in the roll. I personally dont like the taste of off lettuce in m6 meals.I also got fried chicken that tasted off, they didnt seem to care.This is disgusting behaviour, i will never go back here.

18/5/23 Not only did they get the sauce wrong on my burgers , I threw 1 burger out , as it honestly looked like It had a bite taken out.Been there probly 5 times and this is the last . I reckon once they were polite also .

Tropical pack, very pleasant. Chips golden and crispy as were pineapple fritters. Chicken was seasoned and roasted well. Chip portion could have been slightly bigger. A satisfying experience. AA++
