Very rude female on the phone. Totally unwilling to help customers. There are plenty of signwriters out there. No need to add pressure to your day with rude people like this. If they are this horrible before you give them the business, imagine how hard it is when you try to get them to fix their mistakes. A company with this much lack of respect for customers, I think, would put as little respect into your job and would probably do it wrong.Definitely do not need the headache.
