Worst real estate ever. My property was ruined after these guys never took took charge first time they paid for the damages second time I let it slide and third time was the final straw.These guys pathetic useless. I had even do the open homes by myself. I shall be reporting their sloppy behaviour to centry21 head office.To other landlords just cause they are cheap dont mean that bad things wont happen.

Property Management is a difficult task. There will always be that small niggle , that leak or that break down which needs attention. This century 21 team headed by James and Alexei are super responsive and provide exceptional customer service every time. Delight to deal with , honestly !

After a shaky start, Century 21 have managed to resolve all issues & repairs raised with them. Due to lack of personnel this can take longer than expected and communications can be slow.Alexi & James have managed to turn my opinion around and I hope we can continue with a good working relationship.

Disrespectful. The real estate agent hung up on me as I was still talking on the phone with him this morning.They cancel the inspection an hour before the scheduled time without giving any notice!!! We were driving and almost arrived when I realized the ad was no longer on Real-estate but managed to search and find it on Domain - when I called to inquire the real estate hung up on me without any apologies! Rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.When you schedule a public inspection, and have it listed for a week on your ad - don't suddenly remove it an hour before the actual inspection because people have already planned to visit it!This is not how you treat customers. Be careful potential clients.

Go elsewhere - this team led by James operates dishonestly and has made me lose income. I've had to involve NSW Fair Trading and lawyers - a complete headache.I've been in a landlord/ property agent contract with them for over a year, and more often than not I'm ignored. I'm always following up on things (often more than 5 times!) and waiting months before I get a result (inspection report, updates with the tenant, rent increase etc). There is never any initiative on their end.They took almost 3 months to action sending a rent increase notice, without notifying me that rental increases need to give the tenant 60 days notice. They were negligible in their duty of care, only notifying me of this AFTER the notice was sent (which was also at an amount against my instruction). I've lost rent due to this AND they still charged me the fee. This is a loss of $1,000. Who has that money to burn?They offered a partial credit out of 'good faith' then retracted this days later with no further discussion. The team operates without good faith and without any integrity. They're completely unreliable and incompetent. There are many other agents out there who operate their business honestly and with less fees.

6 star service ✨James was exceptional throughout the entire buying process.The level of communication and professionalism displayed by James and the team at Century 21 was by far and away the best we came across in our (long!) buying journey in the Ryde area.In addition to this James is very friendly & builds great relationships with clients. Knowing we were in the market to buy, he made sure to contact us when the unit became available. We know that when it’s time for us to upgrade, James will be our go-to to both buy and sell.
