After a school camp I wondered if I could pop in for a trim. Not only did a get a personalised trim but a wash, blow dry, purple conditioner, straighten and the most loveliest, kind and caring stylist! Thankyou so much!I will be coming more often from Perth for more appointments.

It was a last minute decision to get a haircut and Hannah was able to accommodate my request without an appointment. A very friendly person and she has done a great job with my hair. Love it!! I will definitely go back again.

Fried my hair. Asked to get my regrowth done and they decided to bleach my whole head that didn’t need to be bleached. I didn’t say anything because I thought they were professional enough to know what they’re doing.Had two people on my hair, one looked like an apprentice who gave me a splotchy bleach job. Luckily it’s in areas that aren’t easily seen but I’m quite upset about that.Used a toner I didn’t like and when I explained it wasn’t what I wanted, they didn’t fix it. Instead they proceeded to argue with me and tell me I’m wrong and that it looked ‘nice’.The staff have also said rude comments to me and laughed at me in previous encounters which should have been enough to me to not go back. I wish I wasn’t such a forgiving person.Wouldn’t recommend sorry
