Very caring staff and great centre.

This is a first-rate facility - everything about it is at the highest level. It is a lovely, thoughtfully-designed environment, which is well managed, and staffed by happy, competent, caring people who ensure that the residents' interests are always their core focus. The residents have welcomed my father into their family" with friendliness and warmth - and have ensured that this transition has been a very happy experience. I can't speak highly enough of the team here!"

We just encountered a man with a walker at about 7pm wandering Grattan st wandered into our centre when we had an event on had one of you’re langyards on him from my perspective it’s not safe on a Saturday night near chapel st to have somebody who isn’t quite well can’t put a sentence together, there wandering the streets at nightHe could of been mugged or somethingAnd how would his family feel knowing he’s out at that time having an elderly grandmother who needs care I wouldn’t want her out at that timeNo I don’t know him I don’t know his needs or what but it was just out of care and being kindMaybe this situation needs a review and a discussionBecause the person on the phone said it’s all okay

Went in for tour for my wife saw receptionist she said she would get somebody.We waited for 15 minutes never saw another soul so I left.I would hate my wife to be a resident there.I doubt the care would goof

THERE IS A FILIPINA THAT WORKS IN THE KITCHEN, NAMED MARGO, SHE IS A CORRUPT THIEF. DO NOT TRUST HER. DONT ALLOW HER INTO YOUR FAMILY'S ROOM
