Wonderful service! After Apple told me my 2011 Macbook Pro was 'obsolete' and unrepairable, Saunders sourced parts for me and set about fixing my computer before I left the state. Quick, friendly and reliable service!

Never send your computer here. Not only did they wipe all my data without a backup, they also forgot to reconnect all my cooling fans. I have just spent 3 hours trying to figure out why my CPU was averaging 30C. I repeat, never ever send your computer here.

Have been dealing with Saunders IT since inception of their business.Found Lyle extremely efficient, was happy to do a house call. On another occasion my computer had to have new hard drive. I also needed to purchase two new computers and was given exceptional service. With their expertise in their field they were able to find out which computer suited my needs and in turn ordered them in for me.
