The chips are usaully bad service is ok the shop looks nice but id rather really tasty food then having something that just looks nice

Don't ever order a Flayva wrap people! Not like it used to be and taste, nowadays they use some battered looking chicken tender that's horribly dry, paper thin sliced tomatoes and overall what I'm tasting is basically a CHEESE wrap! Change the name or bring back the old Flayva wrap, absolutely horrible!

For some reason, Red Rooster has decided to change the way they make rooster rolls and it was absolutely disgusting. The mayonnaise was chalky, the chicken was dry and it was cold. I will never buy that again. Secondly the chips that were supposed to be seasoned didn’t have a single grain of salt or seasoning yet they assure you it has been done. Why do these you h people insist on lying when asked if it was seasoned. This is an every time occurrence and it is the final straw. I will NOT be buying red rooster anymore. Stop hiring young people who couldn’t care less about how your food is.PS and when you cook people’s chips, cook fresh chips, DON’T keep reheating old chips. They went straight in the bin! Red Rooster needs to give up now and close their doors. They are no longer a worthwhile contender in the fast food game. I’d give no stars if I could.

ordered a reds box, 10 cheesy nuggets with aioli and a wrap combo, and got the nugs, wrap combo and a spicy burger combo with about half a bottle of hot sauce on it.... didn't eat the burger and missed out on the chicken, potato and gravy and an edible burger. Don't go here if you want to receive a correct order

I ordered 3 meals and of the three my meal came with only six chips.. literally six chips...took forever through the drive through and no one was even ordering in the shop and I was only one of two in the drive through... wasn't a good experience

20min wait in drive through but only 5min until I got food which was someone else's order plus my order. This is first time anything like this has happened there as normally service is great

Most horrible experience of “fast food” I’ve ever received. 8pm on a Monday night so it’s quiet as ever and there’s about 6 young kids working, myself and another lady waited 30-40 minutes for our simple meals watching the kids mess around, standing and talking while the oldest one maybe around 16-17 says to them so loud we can hear it “maybe if my wages were doubled I’d actually care about working and be faster” while the others laughed. Finally got our food a couple more mins after walking up asking how long it’s gonna take and the chips are cold and not salted at all, the chicken wings were as dry as ever and my burger roll had little to no lettuce and Mayo, basically just dry bread and chicken. SUPER angry and frustrated and will not be coming back here ever again and I recommend you don’t waste your time here either and to go to another store, you will probably spend less time driving further away and back then waiting for this atrocious service..Seriously do better, and maybe hire better staff who aren’t all like 14 years of age and not even trained properly.

I stopped by the drive-through tonight (peak hour, 5pm), just to order chips. The car in front of me waited a long time for their order, and I saw my chips sitting on the bench while I waited. When I arrived at the window, I asked if I could have fresh chips. The attendant said that she had just picked them up from the kitchen. They were so cold and wet, big disappointment :-(

Had great experience at this store. The food was fresh and tasty and the staff were friendly.
