Came here twice within trading hours and both times it was closed. Sat morning at 11 am, Friday night at 6 pm. Ok, if you don't care about your customer experience I'll spend my money somewhere else. Good luck.Upd: Has a chat with someone from HQ and gave them another chance. Everything was perfectly done. Changing the rate from one star to four. Cheers

) On 20/11/22 morning we took a bracelet there that is a Christmas present. Just to get a little writing on one of the stainless steel tags, the lady said it will be ok come back at around 2pm or she will call us to let us know it was ready. Went back at 2:10 when she told me that she had to wait for her manager to do it because it was to small for her to do. Went back again at 4:45 to pick up to find it looking like it had been through a war field (photos attached). We told her it wasn’t good enough when we brought it in it was brand new in the box no scratches or anything on it. (We are very picky when it comes to jewellery). We refused to take it then and told her they need to fix it before we take it, back and forward arguing with us saying it must have been like that and shrugging her shoulders like she had zero care factor, told us she would try polish it, walked around the side for a minute or so then came back and said oh the polishing machine isn’t working. Conclusion was we left it there because once again her boss was going to have to look at it to fix it for us and she would call my wife to let her know when it was ready. Got to 23/11/22 still no call, so I called them and the same lady told me oh yeah it’s ready you can come and get it. I went down after work to pick it up, had a look and it hardly looked any better. I told her this was bulls#1t we brought a brand new bracelet in and now it’s ruined! Zero care factor once again, she would not show me what they used to do the engraving to hold the plate still or tell me what it was. The top of the plate looks like it’s slightly burnt, the scratches are still on. If I had it my way they would have to replace the bracelet and would definitely never go there again for anything! The absolute zero care factor for customer service and the “I don’t know” is not the standard that I have had previously from that store, maybe new owners but definitely different people working there! Oh because obviously she could tell I was angry and told her I was going to complain she gave me a 5% discount! Like that is going to replace how the tag on the bracelet looks! Highly un advise to go there for any engraving!!!(Update 07/12/22 After getting reply from mister minute I emailed them, to which they replied 29/11/22 asking what store I got it done at and suggested I take it back there to get it fixed, I then replied once again telling them what store it was done at, also mentioning that if they could not fix it after 2 days how would I trust they can fix it not! And asked for an alternative suggestion, more then a week later and still no reply so obviously they like responding on reviews but don’t actually intend to follow up)

Very disappointed in the poor service by the attendant at the Point Cook store. Normally they are very good but sorely disappointed this time. She shut the shop up early and do id not take the time to help me and told me to come back tomorrow. She did not know what she was doing and sent me to another shop where they could supposedly do the work. Also only guarantee keys for a year which other companies guarantee for 3 years. I was a regular but will take my business else where. Happy to take your money but send you on a wild goose chase to fix their shoddy work! Go elsewhere! Save yourself a headache.

Took a brand new watch to be adjusted yesterday I wasn't 100% happy with the fit so took it back today and asked to have a link put back in and they've busted the pin that holds the link in place so now it won't hold, guy then proceeds to tell me he doesnt know why and its the manufacturer's fault. I questioned how that could be as it was fine before he touched it and the watch isn't even a day old. He basicallly shugged it off said not his problem then proceeded to try and charge me again.

I have had several shoes over half a dozen repaired at Mister Minit, Tejal has looked after me. Tejal’s quality of work is excellent and her customer service is impeccable, I strongly recommend her work and this business.

Competitive pricing in their products. Service is excellent and the owner is very lovely to assist us in programming our new remote control for garage door. Highly recommended!!!

Took a bracelet to get engraved wasn't impressed with the engraving. The engraving was done in a machine and the quality wasn't good at all. What a waste of $20 . Will not return for future engraving. Very disappointed!!!

SHOCKING SERVICEI go in at 5pm, they close at 5:30. Wanted my granddaughters bangle engraved, it’s flat & not round, the rude woman tells me she’s closing in half hour sorry she cannot do as she’s not experienced enough! She told me to go to Werribee to get this done! Are you kidding me?!!!!!! What kind of a service is this redirecting me to smother suburb!I’m furious. How unprofessional.Do not go there for engraving.I wanted 7 letters done that’s it. Why is this inexperienced rude woman working there????????Lost my business I am disgusted

Got my bangle engraved here. The quality of the engraving is not great. The letters aren’t even and many have been done over twice creating a shadowing effect. Some letters aren’t fully completed. Also the inside of the bangle has been scratched all around. It is a brand new bangle brought the day I dropped it off, so there was definitely no scratches before hand. Given this was done by a machine and not by hand I’m confused how it turned out so bad.I want it fixed but I won’t be trusting this place to do so. I wish I’d thought to check the reviews here before and only hope this helps others.

I took a G Shock watch there to have the battery replaced- since then (3 days ago) the watch has now incurred water damage.I contacted the store to advise them, they then in turn advised me that once a battery is replaced there is no waterproof guarantee. I advised the watch hasn’t been submerged and has been simply splashed, to which they advised “that too”. I was never advised of any of this, and due to their negligence in advice and service has caused water damage to a $300+ watch. The owner has poor accountability and was not apologetic of the negligence of his team at all.
