I went to Brown Gouge in Rosebud with a coffee stained jacket and they said it would be fine to get out, no problems. After receiving the jacket back I was quick to notice that the stains were still there and the jacket hadn't been cleaned at all, it smelt like coffee and the stains were hard with dry milk. I took it back and they were sort of apologetic and offered to clean it again. I have got it back for the second time, and the stains are still there. Very disappointed.

Repair work was nicely done, however we were charged a fortune for ironing 5 shirts only. When I politely asked about it, the attitude and service left a lot to be desire

Have asked a few times that they STOP stapling ticket to the fabric on the garment (something you think would be common sense). This morning my husband went to put on a pair of pants that have recently been cleaned. Ticket was stapled to the fabric (again). Also the fabric was torn and frayed where metal fastener for pants looks as if it has been torn out. Will not be using again.

Disgusted spoke to like I was an idiot there excuses contradicted themselves over $500 worth of Lee Mathews label clothing “given to charity” BUT they hold onto garments for years that customers haven’t picked up but give garments after three months to charity see the contridiction ...

Brown Gouge in Rosebud is my only dry cleaner that I go to on the Peninsula, they do a fantastic job. The staff are really friendly and always helpful. I can always trust my garments with them and any alterations I get done by Andrea who is incredible. She is so talented at alterations and goes above and beyond to always fix my items or bring up the hem of my pants. I don’t know what I’d do without her her. Thank you Brown Gouge team
