Me and my 9 children had an excellent time at McDonalds. Us Samoans, are known for eating a lot, so we decided to order 4 large Mcvalue boxes. Now excuse my language but this sh*t was so good I asked the front to see who cooked the lovely meal. His name was Oliver Wade and I want this Mcdonanlds to give him a pay raise for his quickness without food and his patience. Normally when we go out workers normally get frustrated but he was happy to serve us.

Updated rang and manager was really helpful and has credited me for what i ordered and will go and show the drive thru staff how the add on button works and where to find it........... Worst ever overcharged and didn't even get the sandwich I order no tomato on a Ham cheese tomato toasted sandwich had already driven to far to go back charged full price instead of it as an add on when questioned before paying couldn't find the add on button for the coffee and snack in the end tired of waiting and just said forget about it and paid and yeah totally worst service ever and the sandwich wasn't even cut in half like normal

My sister & I had some time to fill in so we decided to get a drink at Maccas about 1.30pm. The place was empty so it really shouldn't have taken as long as it did to make 2 drinks, small fries and a piece of banana bread. They brought the drinks out but made a hot latte instead of an iced latte, forgot my banana bread and the fries were cold. The youngster who served us apologised for the wait and remade my latte, as well as bringing my banana bread, which was warm and delicious. I would not be in rush to go back there again any time soon.

If I could give a zero I would. Restaurant service is none existent. 7pm Saturday night. I waited 30min for an app placed order. Staff are to concerned about the drive through. I order 3 cheese burgers and nuggets. The food was below acceptable standards and the service was absolutely pathetic. This seen to be a reoccurring issue every time I order at Logan Village.This store need to be audited.The staff need training in customer service. Face to face service is a must. It's all smiles for the staff in the drive through. But no one wanted to even look in the direction of the restaurant counter.There was 15 people waiting for food by the time I left at 8pm.I have tried to refrain of using profanity. But the service between 7pm & 8pm was absolutely ship. Mangers need to take charge when service is busy. I did not see the manager at all.I will now send an official email to MacDonald's head office.

Came through the drive thru at around 9pm and waited 20 minutes for a single ice cream and when i got to the window the manager who i think is called Taya? Was just standing around talking and not helping her crew out. What terrific service from upper management.

Compared to my 1st visit here, the service was 100% improved. Store manager was extremely helpful with my order (I’d been given an in store credit due to a situation at my 1st visit over 12 months ago, I showed him the email and he confirmed the credit was still valid). The staff in general were very pleasant to deal with

Rarely buy mcdonalds, but decided to stop here on a whim. Went through drive thru.Lovely service by Lady on register.Ordered a filet o fish, fries & a coffee frappe.It all appeared to be made fresh & I had no complaints about either food or service.

It's never really great here, the staff are usually pretty friendly but the place is always so dirty. (ordered through drive through first) tried calling the store first to let them know that they had missed some of our order, no answer after about 5 tries so went back down there. When I walked inside, the place was an absolute mess and smelt foul. The bin right near the entrance was left open and rubbish all over the floor. The manager was complaining about who ever was trying to ring, which wasn't great, because it was me still trying to call while I was in store. I told them it was me once I got to the counter and the manager told someone else to help me. They were pretty busy to be fair. The staff member that helped me was very nice and sorted out the missing food right away. This visit will honestly make me think twice before going there again, I'd probably drive the 30 min round trip to another McDonald's instead of going to this one which is right across the road from the estate where we live.

I don’t get maccas much, but every time I do they seem to always get my order wrong. I just ordered a Big Mac Meal/ NO CHEESE. A double quarter pounder meal. When I got the order, the Big Mac had cheese on it and my partner is allergic to dairy and nuts. And my Double quarter wasn’t even a double. The chips were cold. My freppè had too much chocolate syrup in it. Why pay $35 for for someone that should be fast service and warm food. It’s beyond a joke. Spoke to the manager, she said she’s doing her best. But I see no improvement at all every time I order. She apologised, gave me was 20% off next order; even though they didn’t offer to fix their mistake. I have the app so I can already get 20% off already. Do not recommend at all. Very poor service unfortunately.

Terrible McDonald’s I wish that I tried my food before I left it was absolutely rubbish not only can they not assemble a burger they can’t even put sauce on it. The nuggets were stale and cold, I really wish i could get my $56 dollars because 3/4 of it went into the bin as I struggled to swallow it biggest waste of money and time I can’t believe they are allowed to serve that rubbish.
