We had bliss for our year 12 ball and I would not recommend. The photographers just seemed like they wanted to get through as many as possible and didn't always wait till everyone was ready. The prices are ridiculous and half of what you can see is a watermark. Bad

Two complaints.1. Hired by Perth Mod for year 12 school ball. Quality of the pics are very disappointingly average. Face in one of them is obviously overexposed. Amateur iphone can honestly achieve same outcome. The pet photography mentioned at recent Better Homes Gardens demonstrated much better quality photos.2. Expensive! Both digital and printed versions. These are pics of high school students, not of any high flying solicitors or corporate gold collars.Regards

would give zero stars if possible. Photo quality is so bad online that you can only guess if it is good, not even mentioning the overlay of their logo. Not wonder they charge for improving photos, seems they take bad photos in the first place to charge for it, and dont go into further detail about their pricing in general....

photos start at $10 each for poor quality 4x6 photos, when you can get better quality photos printed from your phone at big w for about 30c. photos were nice and photographers are professional, but definitely not worth the money to print.

Price are ridiculous and they are catching you up by offering upgrade all the times, numbers are literally non existing because they are never attended. But don't worry they will threaten you with charge for every click you are making through their web, better be alert and computer smart

The photographers at my school ball were nice and polite. But in trying to order photos, they have absolutely outrageous costs. $10 for a small photo was disappointing. The $45 for a digital copy was flat out extortion and it wouldn't even let me buy one if it had more than eight people in it. Thank goodness the Photo Booth photos were only a dollar each.

Was not really that impressed. I had some professional photos done earlier this year for social media and a book cover.Even though they had special deals available for lengthy family shots I was not able to use this for business photos and so had to pay a great deal more than the advertised deal price. When I got there I found the whole thing to be quite rushed. I had little time to choose photos form small images on a lap top screen. When they arrived I was not happy with the results and complained.I was told that they were business shots and I should not be expecting glamour shots.I was not asking for glamour shots but simply thought a photographers job was to make the best of the subject. My skin looked orange, there were sections of grey on my face and there was a very prominent highlight showing up the wrinkles at the corners of my eyes.Yes I know I have wrinkles but did not expect to have a spotlight shone on them.I was not happy with the attitude of the photographer when I complained and in the I sent sent the photos elsewhere to be 'fixed'.I would not return to this place and there are so many other places to choose from in Perth. This one was not worth the money.

Prices are very high considering who you're selling to, often young kids such as high school graduates. Photographers at the events did not seem to care about how the photos turned out and it showed. The graduation ceremony was horrible (to no fault of the photographers) so the only thing many of the students and parents had to look forward to were these photos. Blurry, kids looking away, completely white faces with no detail, and some kids got as little as 3 photos to choose from (which is the best of the worst?). Very disappointed we have no good photos to remember this special day by. Not to mention we were given the wrong access code...

Had bliss at my school ball and at my year 12 graduation. At both events, photos were taken very quickly and photographers didn’t seem to care if our eyes were even open. Tried to get a nice photo with mum at grad and the photographer took 1 single photo which neither of us were ready for. If the prices were lower I wouldn’t complain, but $45 for a digital file is ridiculous! And I can see by the rest of the reviews that this is a common thought. Frankly disappointed.
