Menai Pool Barn

Have been using these guys for about 8 years. Back then I had an issue that another shop wanted to charge $1300 to fix, I got a second opinion and Aaron came out, found a small problem and fixed it - wouldn't take any money from me. Since then they have been great and very trustworthy. Yesterday Aaron and his Dad installed a filter/pump system and looked after us once again. The final price was actually cheaper than the quote (which itself was good). This type of honest customer service is hard to find these days and I'd highly recommend the team at Menai Pool Barn.

Arron advised a pool cleaner that has changed my life, no longer spending hrs cleaning out leaves.Great prices on all your pool gear from salt to cleaners and he wont sell you anything unless you need it.5 stars for knowledge and prices.

Have always been very happy with the service. Had an issue and called Aaron, her took the time to explain what the issue could be. Sent a few photos for him to look at. Took the pump up and he fixed the issue for a very reasonable cost. Aaron is very genuine guy, highly recommend this place.

You cannot find a more trustworthy person! Aaron has been fantastic! Aaron recently installed a Mineral Swim system in my pool and both him and his father David are such a pleasure to deal with. They are both very honest and look after you by providing professional advice. I have been dealing with them for the past 8 years and I won't go anywhere else. Looking forward to upgrading my sand filter and pool pump soon as well as a new dolphin robotic cleaner. Highly recommend!!

I've always felt that I get really honest and trustworthy advice here, more so than any other pool shops I've tried over the past decade. The week before Xmas my pump died and they not only helped advise on a cost effective replacement but even had someone come and install with a few days notice which for that time of the year I never expected.

Couldn’t be happier with the purchase at Menai pool Barn. Had Aaron help me decide on which Dolphin to get. Really helpful breaking down the variations between each model to make sure I made the right choice. Fantastic customer service and very pleasant to deal with.

To be limited to 5-stars is somewhat frustrating as I feel that Aaron and other staff that I have had service from have been well in excess of 5-stars.Without shadow of doubt, I have not had such positive experiences in any other realm. I never feel pressured but more importantly, I always feel like I'm the focus of the interaction, not the cash register, the next sale nor the minutes until close.I could write a chronicle about the number, the extent and the quality of my interactions with Aaron and his wife since I started going there earlier this year.An easier path is to highly recommend Menai Pool Barn as being without peer on price, service and genuine, authentic sincerity when it comes to their customers.Scares me that more may swap to MPB, but in the cold hard light of day, outstanding quality and service deserves to be rewarded and i genuinely hope Aaron's business reaps deserved rewards for their customer focus.
