Have had an enjoyable stay at Great staff at the Quest Werribee that are willing to help. Secure parking, comfortable bed. Compliments to the laundry staff the linen and towels are bright and white and of good quality. Special mention to Lito at reception for being an efficient, helpful and a delight to deal with.Thank you!CheersMark & Leonie

We are currently staying here, rooms are OK but a bit on the small side for a family of 3, husband said photos on internet looked beautiful but not when u got there .Our daughter has a roll away bed for 1 night made for a small child and not an adult. Walls can do with a clean, king size bed in main bedroom very uncomfortable, air con in main bedroom makes a noise, Our room smelt of curry when we walked in today, location is great as it's close to supermarkets and eateries. I will rate this place a 6.5 out of 10.

Staff are nice and friendly. But I need to give a 2 star rating.First, lights are dark inside the apartment. Every white light is dark.Second, not sure if they are changing linens which is a must coz now is pandemic, we might get some infections or bacteria from previous usage.Third, bathroom is quite dirty and old. It has a dark light.Carpets are dirty and old too.There's a distinct smell inside the rooms i don't know what it is stinks or what.I cant even sleep post night of work coz on my side is their storage area. They keep on bragging the door and the stuff inside there.Needs renovation and cleanliness should be maintained.If 1 person will stay here for 1 night only, have a decency to still change the linens even if they used for a while only. Coz it's not fair for the next occupants that are paying, paying for washed linens and towels.Location is perfect by the way..

Staff were professional and very friendly.The location was in a good spot for the work i was doing at the time.The rooms were a little disappointing though. Mine had a strange smell like old air conditioner water. My friends room had a large stain on the couch. Could use a bit of a spruce up and air freshener and i would've rated higher.

The room smelt like old socks covered up by cheap toilet cleaner.Beds and pillows were uncomfortable.TV was old but worked ok.Not sure why a stereo / CD player were provided.Studio rooms are not large but reasonable.The room looked clean but felt dirty.

Bad experience about the service. It took more than 1 hour for them to prepare rooms even though the check-in time supposed to be 2 pm and everything had to be ready at that time. I requested one room with cot for my kid to nap, so we got that room first for my kid. Another room for my parents made us wait for more than 1 hour. Annoyingly, after we got the room (as they said cot available) and hoped my kid can have a nap, there was no cot in the room (???). We paid money to get the rooms with services. Especially, the rooms are not cheap at all. The unprofessionalism really bothered me and my family a lot. We will not go back here again. Just warning/recommendation for people to come here, if you have enough patience to wait for seeing your kid crying and few hours they stole from your stay, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, find better places! Here the conditions of the room do not deserve the price. Very mediocre! Note that, the staff called me twice to confirm about my requests couple weeks and one day before my arrival but everything was still terribly procrastinated.

One bed apartment for two nights. Booked online for best price. Checkin was easy once we found the reception door the staff were very welcoming and helpful they directed us to the underground carpark with room card activation entry. A lift took us straight to our floor top floor only 3 stories here. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a comfortable King-bed. The kitchen was well appointed with full fridge and oven. A small balcony looked over the shops below. Even thought it was in a very busy area it was quiet with the windows closed. Located in Werribee amongst local shops and restaurants and 10 mins to the Mercy hospital. The Werribee safari and zoo was 10 mins drive away and racecourse the same in the other direction. The reception staff rang the room to see if we had settled in and were happy and again said if there was anything we needed to let them know the service was excellent. The bathroom was a bit of a way from the bedroom at the other end of the apartment and had a shower over the bath but was easy to get in and out even with a broken knee.

A beautiful place to stay in Wereibee! I was in 2 bedroom apartment. Has modern kitchen, washing machine, dryer and very spacious bedrooms. A relaxing lounge and 2 very spacious bathrooms.Only downside that I recommend would be that they don’t service rooms in the weekends. This is a minimum for any stayovers.Will I come back, yes! Friendly front office and close to eating out options as well.
