Tell everyoneThey offer discounts for 5 star reviews, don't believe themHad 2 screens for different phones poorly installed, one fell off after 24 hours which they then replaced and then if fell off again after 2 weeks. Attempted to communicate this to the owner Diamond via email, who was very unfriendly and not worth following up again with further issues. Accused me of voiding warranty simply by checking the quality of work after the first install failed.Had silicon screen put on with gap in the middle of screen due to poor quality product, staff attempted 3 times with no improvement.

Good service and friendly people. But I went in with a broken charging port. They replaced it with a new one, everything was fine until I noticed that no one could understand me while calling me. The microphone works but people hear me very quietly like I'm talking from a far.Turns out my microphone is not working properly and because it's part of the same part that got replaced it should be a new one.I went back twice for it but they told me it's a software issue and second time something might block the microphoneI don't know what it is, but my microphone was working fine until it got replaced because of a broken charging port

They never bother responding to booking request so can't comment on how good they. Customer service is poor but hopeful their repairs are ok.

Absolutely great service! Needed my google pixel screen replaced and they got it done within an hour! No one else in Canberra could offer me a repair on the day and at such a great price! Highly recommend!
