Did a lovely job on my hair cut, although the equipment that they used was visibly dirty and had hair on it from previous clients. I understand having conversations with your clients, but we had to wait outside in the rain for 10 minutes before we were served.

Had an amazing experience today. I had 30+cm hair and i decided to donate it.The staff were fantastic! They are a sustainable salon and donated my hair (and all the hair they sweep up, it can all be used)I had a beautiful experience today, thank you

From the moment you walk into Zzari, you can understand why their reviews are so high. I see Charelle on a regular basis. She is super talented, not only professionally but personally as well. She makes you feel so comfortable, has great banter and I walk away feeling amazing. The whole salon is great, I’ve gone for hair services as well with both Emily and Rhonda. Both of them are amazingly talented at what they do.

Since joining the ZZARI family in January 2022, I have enjoyed every appointment with the beautiful, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and passionate Charelle!Her kind, down to earth nature and her drive to to help and guide her clients in their beauty journeys is nothing short of exceptional.I feel greatful, understood and supported in my skincare and well-being journey and I thank Charelle and the wonderful ZZARI team for being an integral part of my self love journey.I am truly appreciative of the amazing service I am receiving.Thank you :-)
