Steps provides the best range of different classes and times to suit just about anyone!I have been going for nearly 6 months and have never done the same class twice!I’m so glad I found this great family operated g so close to home!

Nice small classes to suit your own needs or a small pt session at a lot of different times to suit your self kid friendly morning session every week day been a regular now since opening 2 years ago and enjoying its challenges thanks to Tim & Stacey well done guys

My life has changed a lot since walking into S&T Steps and I couldn't be happier.I went in thinking I would go once or twice a week and I'm now there daily. With Tim and Staceys support, my fitness and strength have both improved and I'm pushing myself to do things I never would have considered or could have done.A meal plan from Tim has given me more energy and made me feel so much healthier.Regular trips to my expensive osteo are no longer needed, Staceys remedial massages are amazing as well as being very affordable.Being able to bring my kids into the parents classes has made all this achievable as I am a mum of 4 kids.Thank you Tim & Stacey!
