These guys are awesome. Such a friendly crew and happy to help no matter what. We called in whilst on the road and they were happy to sort our car there and then. Fast efficient service with great quality care. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Phil saved our holiday. Out trailer lost a wheel on the highway. Phil came out and got us moving again. His skills and ingenuity got us back to his workshop where he took the time to fully check out the trailer and make sure we were trouble free.Skilled Mechanic with pride in his work.

Arriving at our caravan park with our car sounding very strange, we were given PKN's number and after ringing we were told to pop down in half an hour. We did and had the best customer service and our car looked at promptly. We were lucky it was a quick fix and price was very reasonable. Somehow I feel even if it was a major issue we would have felt the same.

If you are passing through Lakes Entrance or a local needing tyre or mechanical repairs would highly recommended. Extremely professional, honest and heplful

Amazing service from some very kind blokes. In need of a tire repair before leaving Lakes Entrance, I rang PKN just before close of business on a rainy day, with a cranky toddler in the car. They had me in, tire repaired, and out the door within 20 minutes. Thanks gents!

Phil was a lifesaver. It's reassuring to know good people still exist who want to help people.We were passing through on a road trip and camping a night in Lakes Entrance in our Land Rover when our car suddenly started making all kinds of screeching, grinding noises and would barely move or steer. One phone call to Phil in the morning and he came directly to us at our campground for a look. He got right into diagnosis straight away and took the car in at his shop. His team worked out immediately the problem was a wheel bearing and he ordered a new one, installed it the next morning, and we were good as gold to continue our road trip.Despite clearly being a popular mechanic amongst the locals - his shop was packed with cars he was servicing and repairing - he went out of his way to help people from out of town get back on the road asap. And did it all with a great laid back attitude that reassured us and restored our faith in our car.Thanks a million! Great to know good people still exist!

Great experience and highly recommend! We had a punctured tyre late Sunday afternoon and Phil picked up our call. Sorted us out and we were on our way back to Melbs with no issues. Really appreciate his help!
