I had already browsed the gov pages for all information i could get about visas but Ping Wang was extremly knowledgeable and had done alot of reasearch to answer my very specific case questions. On top of recommending the right visa and guiding me through its requierments she gave me valuable advice to be able to succeed in getting the Visa approved. I got my temporary work visa after a refusal of nomination via another immigration agency.Ping, is definitely a hard worker person, she works hard and works overtime if need be,she is extremely thorough and go trough every details and keep a consistency.However,the process of me getting specific paperwork could have been shorten if I would have been given more notice.But Let's be honest I was on a briginging visa where most likely my appeal was going to be refuse,still after 8 months of hard work with Ping and a proper assessment she got me through and allow me to stay for another 2 years.

Appreciate all the fantastic support from ACE. My family got visas granted directly in only 4 months, while the expected processing time is 12 - 13 months. That was an unbelievable outcome! Especially, I want to send a truly great thanks to Ping. As a short deadline, she has worked really hard even though she was sick and was working on the weekend.
