Ozcare Toowoomba Aged Care Facility
We have been part of the Ozcare Toowoomba family now for over 3 years. My mother-in -law is a resident there and we are very happy with her care. If I ever have concerns, I feel comfortable to raise them and happy that they are actioned. The communication with regard to facility news/updates is wonderful and I am updated regularly if there is a change in my mother-in-laws condition. They even call me if they feel she needs to speak with me. We try our best to be an engaged family helping Ozcare Toowoomba support and care for our love one.

Weekday nurse outstanding. Weekend nurse if she comes has always been late.

Our father lost weight, was not fed of hydrated. He always had a terrible odor. He was always left alone in his room and never brought to activities. Many safety issues were missed. Short staff and poor ratios.

Mum and dad have been at Oz Care for 2years now. It's been a very difficult transition for both of them. The staff have been both helpful and caring to both mum, dad and myself. Maybe the menu could be looked at
