Tania, has gone over and beyond! She has made the process of selling my father's house after him having to go into aged care, stressless. We live interstate so it was hard for us to be on the ground. Tania organised everything, staging, gardening, removal of items to charity, disposal of unwanted items, repairs, maintenance around the property, there was nothing she couldn't do. I would also suggest taking all the advice she has as she knows how to get the best price for your property, which is exactly what she did. There was no hidden agenda, she was upfront and transparent with all the stages. Her communication with us was brilliant all the way through the selling process. Nothing͏ too much trouble!Angie was amazing from the very beginning when we called in to see her as a 'walk in'. No pressure at all, just clear information for us to make a decision when the time was right. We reside overseas so communication was a challenge on some occasions due to telco companies and time zone differences but Angie handled it all perfectly and was flexible when timelines changed due to tax advice on our end.
