I had my electrical selections appointment last week with Sandra and she truly went above and beyond for me. This is my first build, so I was stressed and nervous about making decisions that I would later regret - and I shouldn't have worried! Sandra was so helpful and patient with me - she explained everything to me in detail, answered every question I asked, provided recommendations and suggestions based on her experience, and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We had our selection appointment today with Clipsal. This was our last one on the list but best one for sure. Specially Teresa Ryan our consultant made the total experience a 10 out of 10 one. Haven't seen such nice, jolly and patient person in our building journey so far. The woman I spoke to today was worse than useless. Asked about Saturn light fittings and sockets and she just refused to explain how their product works, just said we’re not electricians you have to ask your sparky... i’ll ask her how secure her job feels when the spark tells me to use some other brand.
