Tushar is a very lovely person and he managed to re make my dress in about a month. I had a vision and he created it. The attention to detail is the best I’ve ever seen. He is very accomodating and his pricing and quality of work is by far the best in Adelaide. I would recommend him to all of my friends who are getting married and need alterations for anything.

WORST experience, ruined my dress. Left dress there for a week to be taken in. I had to call them to chase it up because I needed it and it was past the deadline they had it for. Didn’t do what was required but ruined the dress, I couldn’t wear it. Man “clicked” in my face when I asked what they had been doing with my dress all week. Worst experience.

- - Highly Recommended - -I have been to Hem Express many times over the past year. If it were to get pants hemmed, have darts put in or even lengthening my sleeves. As most long sleeve tops don’t fit me in the arms I am always putting off wearing them. Thanks to this excellent service I can now wear garments that I have been looking at in my wardrobe for months! Always kind, friendly staff and very fair prices, why would I want to take my business anywhere else?

This has to be the best alteration service in Adelaide! I took a pair of chinos to be hemmed, hoping that I could get them back in an hour. It was even better than that...they were done while I waited. In about 5 minutes! And only cost $15.00. Very friendly, quick and inexpensive. I will always go back there for alterations.

I left my beloved flares there and was told they'd fix the tear, only to find after I collected and paid that they'd completely ruined them. I cannot wear these trousers anymore, they are completely asymmetrical and the seam is ruined. I thought it was suspicious when I went to collect the trousers and they tried to rush me out of the shop... I regret ever going here. Horrible service.

Owner is so rude I will never go back to this business. I took a dress in for repair which I knew full well wouldn’t be perfect. He was rude in the first account which I put down to being busy. When I went back for a slight amendment he was even more rude. Can’t fault the turnaround time but customer service and attention to detail was horrendous.

Don't go anywhere else! They are the best. I had my 5.11 Tactical pants altered here recently. Not only they did a great job but communicated with me first before proceeding and explain what effect it might have on the pants if I have it altered the way I wanted.

THE BEST HANDS DOWN! Best service and best quality of work. Extremely affordable prices and the staff goes above and beyond and is extremely friendly willing to work their hardest to ensure you leave happy. They do an exceptional job and I take all of my personal alterations there and recommend all of my customers to go there also.

Great, fast service and good quality workmanship. Have had simple alterations like pants and more complicated ones like taking in a sequinned dress and they've consistently done a good job.
