I came to this salon to get my haircut just over a week ago on the Saturday. I was booked in for a standard cut, wash, and blow dry. I arrived for my appointment on time and the stylist was almost 30 minutes late to seating me. During the consultation, I requested to have a sizeable amount of hair cut off and to also trim my bangs to match the length of my hair once cut. The stylist asked multiple times if I wanted layers to which I responded no as I knew this did not suit me. After being left in the chair multiple times with wet hair and during cutting my hair, we finished the session almost an hour and a half after I got there. My hair was styled with curls and I was happy once I left. Since washing my hair a few times and leaving it to hair dry I have come to realise that uneven layers were infant cut into my hair and it looks horrible. The back of my head is completely uneven and I can’t wear my hair down without it looking extremely odd. This makes is very hard to style considering the length. I would not recommend going here. The salon was dirty, the stylists seemed disinterested, there was a dog continuously barking inside which made the experience even more uncomfortable. Will not be coming back - waste of money.

Best cut yet, have been 3 or 4 times and I continue to be impressed. Happy to put my hair in their hands and let them do their work. No stress. Nice coffee. Well done!Always amazing. Talented, friendly staff.

2nd time being at this place and both times have had a great experience. The salon was clean and very flash modern looking. I was able to get in easy and the girls that work there are so lovely and nice. Been very happy with my haircuts and the prices are great. Special shout out to Cassi, she really helped figure out a hair plan for me, shes very friendly and we clicked instantly. 10/10 would recommend and definitely going there for all my hair needs

I don’t even know where to start with thanking the beautiful girls at Allure Hair & Beauty. Each and every time I’ve been there I’m welcomed with such warm genuine hello’s & smiles from all the girls.The best decision I made was having them do all the hair for my wedding, the way they reassured me and treated my bridal party the day before the wedding with pampering treatments, hair colours, hair cuts and blow drys all the night before the wedding to ensure it was perfect for my big day.Their pricing was so ridiculously cheap & I was always made to feel like a priority with no task or time restraint being a problem.Each and everyone one of us felt so amazing and loved our hair! I had extensions with big wavy curls (princess vibes for sure) - they held all day & night. I was even able to still wear it the next day with a quick brush :)I’ve recently received my sneak peek photos & am so in love with how all our hair looked in the photos - both mother and mother in-law said they felt so happy with how their hair looked which is also important. Just shows their skill no matter what age or style is needed.If anyone is looking for a quality, professional group of hairdressers to take care of them on their big day - then look no further than Allure hair & beauty. 100% would recommend them xx

WOULD NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Everyone is always so friendly and happy and even though I always see the amazing Hunter it’s a salon that I know I could go to and no matter whether I was seen by a senior stylist or apprentice I would ALWAYS be happy with my hair! Okay, after having time to process my experience (and still struggling) I’m now ready to leave my review.Unfortunately, I will never use or recommend Allure to anyone.To start - I booked them for my wedding in 2021 which got postponed due to covid. I was quoted, paid a deposit and had 2 trials with them.Fast forward to my new date 2022, I was called the DAY BEFORE my wedding to pay the remaining balance which had unexpectedly since doubled since my quote. After fighting back with the receptionist that I was quoted a price and this can’t be changed or changed without any prior communication, I was told the owner would call me back.The owner tried to get me to “understand” that prices increase and they are taking a huge loss by honouring their original quote that I put a deposit down for.The end result was that she said she would “take the loss” but I had to pay an extra $120 than quoted for travel.Being the day before my wedding, I obviously was left with no choice and it was paid.I cannot even stress the amount of upset and anxiety this caused me with 24 hours to go before my wedding. They are the only one of my wedding suppliers that did this.Secondly, my hair. I had done 2 trials with them, the first I wanted to tweak something and the second was near enough what I wanted.On the day, my hair did not look like my second trial and when I tried to communicate this - the hairdresser’s solution was to keep brushing out my curls and re-curl them.I was nearly in tears on the morning of my wedding because the curls were just getting worse.I have received my sneak peak photos through from my photographer and I am absolutely devastated with how my hair looks in all of them.I curl my hair regularly at home and I honestly wish I did it myself as I would have made them look so much nicer.I am so upset that this is how the wedding I planned and waited so long for has turned out. I’m dreading the hundreds of photos that I paid so much money for to come through if I can’t even stand the handful they sent through just because of my hair.I have so much anxiety about it I don’t even want to see them. I’m hoping there might be 10 out of 400 that my hair doesn’t look that bad in.Everyone that was involved in the wedding and that I have spoken to about this cannot believe that they did this. The word has spread pretty quickly amongst people and my other suppliers.I will end this again by saying I would never use or recommend anyone to use them. Especially for a special event.I do not wish to be contacted by the salon about my review via phone, email or socials. I have struggled to even leave this with how upset I have been over it and so I am leaving this here to inform others, move on and never speak of them again.

Do not get a spray tan here. Ive had my hair done here several times, went in for a pre-wedding hair trim and a spray tan trial before my wedding. I'm so glad I had the trial because it was a complete botched experience! I was extremely clear it was testing for my wedding day and I wanted a mild natural-looking all over covering. I came out extremely dark, tripping down my arms, legs and hands. Assured it would look fine in 2 hours once rinsed. The next day I looked like a new ethnicity. My hands & feet were OUTRAGEOUSLY dark, my cuticles and nails are still stained 2 weeks later and look disgusting (orange). Tan was patchy in all the spots I highlighted were important for my wedding dress. So glad I didn't have this in my wedding day as it would have ruined my day. I had to use 2 bottles of tan remover (20 applications) plus rigorous scrubbing just to dull my hands. A truly horrible experience. When I called in to show them 2 days later after I feel like I got a pathetic token apology and an offer to 'credit' my account. They didn't even take my name but I won't be returning anyway after that experience. Tanning room is also in a gross state. Just avoid this service, particularly for an event.

Went for a haircut because my usual hairdresser wasn't available, and had an okay experience. It's clearly a very busy salon, and I felt that I may have been rushed through because I wasn't a high paying customer (no colour no style). It was alright in a pinch, and I know their bleaching services are popular, but my cut was average and slightly uneven at the back.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Couldn’t recommend allure hair and beauty enough! The staff are so friendly and welcoming and ever since my first experience there I’ve felt a part of the family, the staff are all so welcoming. I regularly get my hair done by the owner Alisha who is the most kind and genuine person but even if I can’t get an appointment with her I know whatever stylist I get I’ll be happy with the outcome! I’ve been getting colour and extensions and they’ve nailed it every time I can go into this salon having the worst day and I always come out feeling so good. The staff are all happy to be there and happy to chat with you, they have an amazing attention to detail. During my last visit it was a stormy day and another girl at the salon had her hair and make up done and the manager walked her out to her car with an umbrella to make sure her hair/make up didn’t get messed up for her event, they genuinely care about you and look after you. They have everything nailed from colour, extensions, make up to customer service.
