I wish all of them at Parkville Post Office would lose their jobs and wipe off the entitlement of their stupid unfriendly faces.I wish they would learn a thing or two about customer service and how to be accountable and organized in the workplace.

Possibly the most useless LPO near Melbourne City.This place continues to be the most useless post office in Melbourne. Like many others below, do not take their words lightly as it is true. Not only are they bereft in customer service, attitude, lack of intelligence, these people do not deserve to hold an Aust Post LPO license - which should be contributing to the community it serves by bringing their mail in a timely and respectable manner.Instead, they only offer anguish, frustration, terrible opening hours, limited PO Boxes, slow service and just plain old hubris every single time you walk into this place.

The worst post office in Melbourne. The staff are consistently rude and unhelpful and they store your parcels in a giant pile on the floor in the middle of the shop. Get too close and they tell you to keep away as they need to safeguard customers' details - go figure!

Receiving a parcel should be fun and exciting yet whenever my tracking shows me that my parcel has been redirected to this post office for collection, I am devastated. Despite it being out of the way for me personally (can't my parcel go to Barkly Sq so I can at least browse Kmart at the same time?!), this post office gives me the heebie jeebies. The workers seem miserable and the whole room smells like fresh air hasn't entered since it was first built.I'm all about small businesses usually but Australia Post buying out this LPO would be welcome here.

So slow. Everytime the service is slow. The guy is rude. They take forever to find parcels because their organisation is awful. It's always the same.Everytime I have to come is because the Australia post courier doesn't actually deliver.

The staff there is extremely unhelpful and so inefficient. I waited for more than 30mins in the queue while one of the staff was doing something in the back office.

Australia Post - Parkville LPO
Posted an important letter to the police at this postoffice. (I bought a stamp, pasted it on the envelope and handed the letter back to the person behind the counter.) The police say they did not receive the letter. I can't jump to conclusions that it is the fault of this post office. But thought I should leave a comment in case others have a similar experience.

After many hospital tests that left my a bit dazed, I went here to do my Land Title form, I messed it up a bit, but the gentleman behind the counter went the extra mile to help me fix it, rather than have me go home an print another out. Extra special service, thank you.
