I bought PR-2 Cortex Half Rack and other weight training equipment from Fitness Equipment Warehouse. The rack was delivered and installed by the owner Bob. I am 100% satisfied with the equipment I have purchased and the back up service received.This is now my go to place for purchasing strength and fitness equipment.

Drove across town to buy something that their website said was in stock. Sold the last one two days ago. If you can’t be bothered keeping your website up to date, don’t have a website.

Great service. Offered same day delivery and was very helpful. I have a small narrow house and getting my new treadmill thru the doors so they dismantled the treadmill in the garage and reassembled it for me once inside. All this was done well after hours and after a long work day. I was very greatful for his help as there would be no way i could do it on my own. Great customer service.

Such kind and knowledgeable staff. I’m especially very grateful for their patience and assistance with loading the treadmill I purchased from them into my car! Looking forward to going through them again; their selection of gym equipment is excellent.

Treadmill only lasted 3 weeks and owner refused refund only replacement. I don't want another treadmill that will stop working after using it 10 times! Don't buy anything from this place!!!

Purchased the treasmill and had a great customer service from Bob.

Wouldnt honour the online advertised price. . Just put the price up whilst discussing it..thanks for the response but it was in my cart online and i was entering my credit details when the price went up and you still didnt honor the price.. very poor customer service.The price even said now available so you actually had time to update the website as you had done it.UPDATEI only went to the store as your website advertised them at the $999 price with now available" rather than purchase online i went into the store as i wanted to pay cash and had $1000 in my pocket to pay when i was there.You then told me a different price in store so i left.I then thought about the fact you changed the price and it didn't match online so i checked it online and it still said $999 online so i then called you to again check the price and say i would get one for the advertised price. but you still refused. I understand you have been waiting on these for 6 months but please do not blame me for seeing an advertised price and expecting you to honor it rather than be happy with you putting the price up in front of me."
